Disparity in Decision-Making: Presently, 62% of parliamentarians and 93% of ASX 100 CEOs in Australia are men. This imbalance results in decisions that often marginalise or disadvantaged women across various aspects of life.

The Funding Gap: Despite their increasing presence and potential, women-led startups receive only 29% of funding compared to their male counterparts. This disparity impedes innovation and wastes valuable talent.

Barriers to Network: Women entrepreneurs frequently encounter challenges in building connections and securing mentorship from investors. These challenges could arise from self-doubt, stereotypes, or the lack of opportunities, putting them at a disadvantage and hindering their ability to connect with other professionals.
