Reflecting on some of our collective impact

Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside remarkable partners to create programs that inspire, educate, and empower women and non-binary individuals in the tech and innovation space. Here are some of the highlights:

Highway to STEM Program

Supported by Toyota Community Trust, we launched an initiative to demystify STEM career pathways for female and non-binary students from regional schools. Through this program, we’ve empowered over 1,000 young innovators across Australia, sparking curiosity and confidence in STEM fields.

Scholarships for Women in Tech

Through our collaboration with Kliqtek, we provided scholarships that enabled women to participate in the HEX Innovation Sprint Melbourne. This initiative has supported aspiring female entrepreneurs and technologists, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the digital economy.

Innovative Learning Models

Together with Camberwell Girls Grammar School, we co-designed a pioneering learning model that prepares student leaders for the future. This initiative focuses on industry relevance and personal mentorship, ensuring that young women step into leadership roles with confidence and competence.

AccelerateHER Workshops

In partnership with Accelerator for Enterprising Women, we delivered workshops across Australia aimed at equipping women with the skills and resources needed to launch and scale their own businesses. These workshops have been instrumental in breaking barriers and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset.
