Kim is a commercial business builder with specialist skills in scaling new digital and data business models. She is a passionate leader of co-creating solutions with customers for today and working with innovators across corporates, government, non-profit, small businesses & start-ups to build for and improve our future.
Kim is currently the Head of Growth Acceleration at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and previously led Digital Innovation for Cloud Innovation Centers for ANZ as part of a global network of public & industry collaborations to design new citizen solutions.
Kim has experience spanning two decades across Australia, Asia, Europe and Northern America in financial services (NAB, ANZ, AXA); resources (at Accenture with clients such as Shell, Origin Energy & CitiPower); and working with / supporting the growth of fintech & health-tech start-ups.
Experienced in leading sales and operational transformation, Kim has led large-scale technology programs ($200m+), reshaped operating models for mergers or to align with future strategies and managed digital and business improvement style teams to design financial services products (consumer and business).
Kim creates an energised team environment where strong leadership capabilities are sacrosanct and curiosity and a thirst for learning are a necessity to drive the future.
